HELLO
My name is Tracy and I love cake!
Whilst I have always loved baking, it wasn't until I had my two children and started making their birthday cakes that I realised I really enjoyed making and creating celebration cakes. I have been making cakes for family and friends for a number of years and, following their encouragement, I decided to start my own cake making business.
To broaden my skills I have attended a number of courses taught by Eloise from Channel 4's 'Extreme Cake Makers' and a masterclass given by Mich Turner MBE.
I hold a 5 Star Hygiene Rating, a certificate in food hygiene and public liability insurance.
